Administrative Support Unit

The Department of Administrative Support provides support to the General Directorate Analysis and Research (except the Statistics Directorate which has its own Administration Unit) in general administration, human resource management, finances and performance reports.

This department is a satellite unit of the Directorate-General of Corporative Services and works closely with its Administration function.

Our role and responsibilities

  • Establish a staff management system according to the law and administrative rules
  • Manage correspondence and archives
  • Ensure proper support to the Directorate in terms of logistics and administrative services
  • Ensure the Directorate’s strategic plans and work plans are realised
  • Coordinate the preparation of the Directorate’s annual budgets, and
  • Ensure budget execution according to the law and valid administrative rules.
