Helpdesk Support:

If there are any problems with the computer system and / or network, it should be reported to ITD helpdesk by phone or email or come directly to ITD office. For the problems that can not be fixed through on line communication, the helpdesk officer might visit the site or the user will be required to fill the form below and to bring their respective computer to ITD helpdesk  for troubleshooting and further diagnose for resolution. ITD helpdesk can only come to the user base if there is any kind of problems that really required doing so.

For efficiency and effectiveness of ITD support, users are required to provide a clear information in relation to their problems. User should notify clearly the last actions that were performed before the problems occurred and the exact error of what the user got and saw.

To avoid data loss from the computer that it’s hard disk need to be formatted and reloaded with fresh operating system, user of the particular machine have to tell ITD helpdesk regarding all kind of documents that are stored on the hard disk. Any documents out of the user’s report will be user’s responsibility if those data that are wiped out during the formatting process.
