Skills and Awareness Development Department

Our role and responsibilities

  • Manage the Skills Development Department
  • Assist establish and implement the Procurement Training and Development Plan
  • Assist in developing training needs analysis, competency profile, accreditation of competencies, design of competency based courses, and their delivery
  • Train procurement staff in the Procurement Cycle Training Program, and in the new FreeBalance Procurement and Contract Management Modules and e-Procurement Portal, and
  • Conduct courses for suppliers to Government.
