Procurement Decree Law requires government procurement information and data to be gathered, analysed and reported on annually by each Ministry and government agency, to the Ministry of Finance’s Procurement Service.
Reporting requirements vary depending on the level of procurement accreditation held by the Ministry or agency and the nature of procurement activity.
Ministry of Finance has developed a series of guides on the procurement process and required documentation for government officers who purchase goods, services or works on behalf of the Government of Timor-Leste.
